I was happy to be asked to lead the design of this project. The design sprint included workshops internally and with the client, as well as rapid prototyping and user testing. The entire process involved multiple team members, making sure that collaboration was always present to make sure everything was the best it could be.
Designing something white label comes with numerous challenges. One of which was creating a style which works for serious/premium brands, as well as fun/casual brands. Inspired by the tradition of loyalty cards and stamping, we turned this idea into something subtle and cleaner which would work through the screen.
